By providing training on ISO Standards, DSI FZE in Dubai wanted its employees in various departments to gain a basic understanding and awareness of various ISO Standards.
As DSI FZE is an Oil and Energy Company with offices and customers in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and America, employees did not have enough knowledge/awareness about various ISO standards required for an Oil & Energy Company
After 4 Days of Training on various ISO Standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019 required for Oil & Energy Companies, the participants learned the basics of ISO and were ready to answer the authorities who will conduct an ISO Audit.

With offices in Europe, Africa, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas, DSI is able to cater to service customers' needs worldwide. Therefore, a lot of expectations are set by the public when it comes to the quality, safety, and efficiency of their products or services.
Realising the increased need for customers' security and reliability on DSI’s products and services, the company wanted to maintain ISO Standards and meet international quality standards. This urged the company management to arrive at a decision to give its employees in the Quality, Finance and HR departments give a basic awareness of ISO Standards.
Although DSI FZE is an Oil & Energy company with unprecedented technical knowledge and expertise, developing & maintaining Oil & Energy Industry Quality Management Systems needed awareness among its employees, especially in the Quality, Finance and HR departments.
Edoxi's strategy to solve the DSI FZE problem at first was to assess the participant's level of knowledge in Excel. To measure the knowledge level of employees on ISO Standards, we conducted a Pre-assessment test. This helped us to identify their level of proficiency and to concentrate on areas they need more awareness.
The total number of employees registered to attend the sessions was 69. As the DSI FZE opted for Live Online training Via Zoom, we delivered the training on various ISO Standards in 4 days with sessions that lasted for 2.5 Hours each day. Each participant attended the class with their own laptop or personal screen.
Training sessions went smoothly, without interruptions. At the end of the training sessions, we conducted a post-assessment test to analyse each employee's level of knowledge. It was very satisfying for us to see the results. All the employees passed the post-assessment test, with most of them scoring 100 on 100.
Based on our assessment, we shared the course completion certificate with each participant for gaining essential awareness of various ISO standards such as ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019.
DSI FZE was really satisfied with the training delivered. By the end of the training, the participants can understand and interpret the requirements of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, and ISO 22301:2019. Plan & manage the implementation of a QMS meeting the above ISO standards. Gain awareness of internal audit, and QMS and are ready to answer the authorities who will conduct an ISO Audit.
