Role Overview

Edoxi Training Institute is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Specialist to manage and expand our student base. The ideal candidate will have proven B2C sales experience in EdTech or training environments and demonstrate exceptional skills in lead management, sales closure, and customer relationship building.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming inquiries and lead-driven student prospects with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Conduct comprehensive course counseling, sales closing, and follow-ups to meet or exceed targets.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets 100% consistently, maintaining a minimum conversion rate of 20%.
  • Manage post-sales coordination and student onboarding in compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with students, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Accurate utilization of CRM systems for lead tracking, reporting, and follow-ups.
  • Uphold strict adherence to company policies, operational procedures, and professional standards, including punctuality and formal dress code.

Required Qualifications & Competencies

  • 1–3 years of B2C retail or inside sales experience; EdTech/training institute experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales closing skills.
  • Customer-focused and professional approach with ethical integrity.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales performance tracking.
  • Commitment to company policies, processes, and operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ACCA / CA / CMA certification
  • Experience in education or training sector
  • Advanced Excel skills
