Role Overview

Edoxi Training Center is looking for a dynamic and target-driven Admission Counselor / Sales Executive to join our Qatar team. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on converting student inquiries into enrollments through structured counseling and sales techniques. The ideal candidate must have prior EdTech sales experience (mandatory) and should be capable of managing the complete sales cycle—from lead handling to closure and post-sales coordination. Candidates currently based in Qatar or those who can join immediately and relocate will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound leads and student inquiries with professionalism and prompt response.
  • Provide detailed course counseling and recommend suitable training programs.
  • Drive sales closures and consistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targets.
  • Maintain a minimum 20% conversion rate across assigned leads.
