Role Summary

The Enterprise Training Specialist (B2B) is responsible for managing corporate client relationships, driving B2B sales, and ensuring the successful delivery of enterprise training programs. This role focuses on client acquisition, key account management, and repeat business growth within the Qatar market.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility Description / KPI
Corporate Client Management Handle all corporate and enterprise-level enquiries professionally and promptly.
Business Development Identify, develop, and convert new B2B business opportunities across multiple industries.
Relationship Building Maintain strong relationships with HR Heads, L&D Managers, Procurement Teams, and senior decision-makers.
Event & Training Execution Lead corporate workshops, seminars, and training events to promote programs and enhance client engagement.
Trainer Evaluation Assess trainer qualifications, competencies, and suitability for client-specific requirements.
Operations Coordination Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless and high-quality training delivery.
Revenue Management Oversee invoicing, payment follow-ups, and adherence to commercial terms.
CRM & Reporting Maintain accurate client, sales pipeline, and revenue data in CRM systems.
Strategic Focus Allocate 30% focus on key account development and 70% on client retention and repeat business.
Additional Assignments Undertake additional tasks related to enterprise sales, client engagement, and training execution as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, L&D, or relevant field
  • Experience: 1–3 years in corporate B2B training or enterprise sales
  • Strong client-facing, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office
