Overview of the CCNP Course

Cisco certifications have always been considered among the most valuable in the IT industry. Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) is an intermediate-level (professional) certification. It's a step up from CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and demonstrates a more advanced skillset. However, CCNA certification is not a requirement for learning the CCNP Certification.

A Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) certification validates your ability to implement and troubleshoot LAN and WAN networks. The Cisco certification is designed for freshers and professionals alike. Cisco offers 7 certification tracks at the CCNP level. This includes CCNP Enterprise, CCNP Data Center, CCNP Security, CCNP Service Provider, CCNP Collaboration, Cisco Certified CyberOps Professional, and Cisco Certified DevNet Professional. According to market research conducted by Cisco, CCNP-certified individuals earn at least 10% more than their non-certified counterparts. If you want to advance in your career in the IT and Networking domain, then now is the time.

EDOXI offers a world-class CCNP Course for mastering IT and networking skills and advancing careers. At Edoxi, we follow a ‘learn by doing’ approach with an emphasis on hands-on training on real Cisco hardware. Our training spans around 90+ hours and covers all the CCNP Certification exam topics for both the Core and Concentration exams. EDOXI’s CCNP Course equips you with the precious skill set required to work in enterprise roles such as Senior Network Engineer, Network Administrator, L2 Network Engineer, Network Operations Engineer and more. Our industry-experienced and Cisco-certified instructors will prepare you to clear the CCNP Core exam as well as the concentration exam of your choice.

About CCNP Certification Exam

  • To get CCNP certified, a person has to pass two exams: one core exam (every track has its own Core exam) and one of the Concentration exams of your choice.
  • The duration of the Core exam is 120 minutes, while the Concentration exam is 90 minutes.
  • Core exams in each CCNP technology track also serve as qualifying exams for CCIE lab exams.
  • Candidates need to clear both (Core and Concentration) exams to become a Cisco Certified Networking Professional.
  • In case the candidate only passes the Core Exam, he will be awarded a  Specialist certification badge.
  • All Cisco certifications are valid for 3 years.

CCNP Certification Track

For each CCNP certification track, one needs to pass a core exam and a concentration exam. The CCNP program offers several concentrations, each focusing on different technology areas within the core networking domain they have chosen.
