The program is designed for senior managers, directors, entrepreneurs, and experienced professionals who want a recognised UK MBA while continuing their full-time careers.

Unlike traditional MBA programs that rely heavily on written examinations, this Executive MBA is assessed entirely through real-world projects and applied assignments. You will study one subject at a time, with each core module running for 7 weeks. The program covers Business Strategy, Leadership in Practice, Digital Transformation, Marketing and Communications, and Finance for Managers. The course concludes with a 14-week Major Applied Industry Project, where you work on a live consultancy-style challenge provided through Ducere's global industry network.

The program is delivered 100% online, giving working professionals the flexibility to study from anywhere. Students receive access to the Canvas virtual learning platform, weekly live and recorded webinars, academic support, peer interaction, and guidance from Ducere's Learning Experience Team.
