Edoxi's Train the Trainer course in Dubai is a 24-hour, eight-module programme that runs the full training cycle: analysing a performance gap, writing measurable objectives, designing and building the session, delivering it to a group, and evaluating whether anything changed. The models taught are ADDIE, Bloom's revised taxonomy and the Kirkpatrick Model.
Most of the 24 hours go on work rather than listening. You bring a workplace topic you already know, and every exercise runs on that subject instead of a generic case study. Sessions run in person at Edoxi's Bur Dubai centre, online, or as a corporate programme at your own premises, in a group of no more than eight. Training is led by Julie Archer, a corporate training professional with more than 15 years of experience in training and development.
The course covers training delivered in a room and training delivered over video, because a session built for a group in front of you does not survive a screen unchanged. You earn the certificate through assessment. You produce a two-minute teaser for your session, a course outline and agenda, a slide deck, and a full delivery to the group.
What is a Train the Trainer Course?
A Train the Trainer course is a professional development programme that helps trainers, managers and subject matter experts turn workplace knowledge into structured learning sessions. It covers needs analysis, learning objectives, session design, facilitation, assessment and evaluation. Organisations use it when they need repeatable training tied to workplace performance rather than one-off presentations.
