What Does Edoxi's Advanced Excel Course Cover?

Edoxi's Advanced Excel course in Dubai is a 20-hour, nine-module program in Excel for Microsoft 365. It starts with dynamic array formulas, moves through Power Query, Power Pivot and dashboards, then covers Microsoft 365 Copilot and automation with Office Scripts. It ends with a management dashboard built on a business case.

With nearly 14 years of training experience, Asim Nath Dubey is Edoxi's Excel and Power BI trainer. More than 2,000 learners have trained with him. His accounting background shapes lessons around budgets, payroll and MIS reports. Classes run as in person sessions at our Dubai training centre or live online. Corporate teams can book a three-day program on site or online.

Employers in banking, retail, hospitality and logistics across Dubai advertise MIS Executive, Financial Analyst, Data Analyst and Accountant roles that ask for these skills. You receive an Edoxi Course Completion Certificate, and a KHDA-attested certificate is available for an additional charge. Your Module 9 dashboard is a piece of work you can show employers.

Microsoft 365 Copilot is taught in Module 6, in Chat, Plan and Edit modes, to write formulas, build PivotTables and check results. It also builds data imports in Module 3. Our training centre provides Copilot access.

What is advanced Excel?

Advanced Excel is the use of Microsoft Excel to analyse, report on and automate business data. Basic Excel stores numbers and adds them up. Advanced Excel pulls data from several sources, builds reports that update themselves and tests "what if" questions before decisions are made. Common advanced Excel tools include XLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query, Power Pivot and What-If Analysis. In Excel for Microsoft 365, Copilot can also write formulas and build PivotTables from plain-language requests. Finance, HR, sales and operations teams use these skills for budgets, payroll and management reports. In the UAE, Article 56 of Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 makes businesses keep Corporate Tax records for seven years after each tax period.

What Do You Learn in Edoxi's Advanced Excel Course?

Hand routine work to Copilot, then check it

Asim teaches on business data, not textbook samples. He shows each technique on a sales, budget or HR dataset, and learners repeat it on their own copy. Groups of up to five leave time for one-to-one help in every session. The final project uses one of the Module 9 cases, set in your own sector.
